FLUORESCENT LAMP LIGHTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp lighting device capable of surely lighting a fluorescent lamp without using a trigger diode. SOLUTION: The lighting device is equipped with a serial body composed of a resonance capacitor 7, a fluorescent lamp 8, an inductance element 10, a current transformer 11 and an FET 6 having a control terminal and a ground terminal, and a smoothing capacitor 4 connected to both ends of the serial body. A serial body is formed with a secondary winding 11C of the current transformer 11 and a trigger capacitor 14. An end of the secondary winding 11C and an end of the trigger capacitor 14 are connected to a gate terminal of the FET 6 and a source terminal of the FET 6, respectively. Voltage regulation diodes 17, 18 are connected in opposition to each other between both ends of the secondary winding 11C, and a resistor 13 and a resistor 12 are connected between a middle point between the voltage regulation diodes 17, 18 and a connection point between the trigger capacitor 14 and the source terminal of the FET 6, and between the gate and drain of the FET 6, respectively.
