Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for objectively evaluating a nursing service. SOLUTION: This method comprises specifying a problem in a patient state assessment, extracting a corresponding nursing intervention item from a database on the basis of the specified problem, determining a first quantitative evaluation value obtained by evaluating the degree of improvement of the problem after executing the extracted nursing intervention item, also determining a second quantitative evaluation value based on the difference between a primary evaluation by a patient at the specification of the problem in the patient state assessment and a secondary evaluation by the patient after executing the nursing intervention item, and determining and outputting the correlation between the first quantitative evaluation value and the second quantitative evaluation value as the objective evaluation result of the nursing business.
