Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve integrated management by integrating production, sales and distribution operations according to the plan, and controlling inventory at suitable points. SOLUTION: A point at which request lead time and supply lead time balance (called a coupling point) is determined for each commodity in a number of inventory bases, from raw material bases (upstream side) to customers (downstream side). Theoretical inventory is integrated at the coupling point to place an order with a producer side and to direct distribution to actual inventory bases.
