INFORMATION PROVIDING DEVICE, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

SOLUTION: In divided contents information obtained by dividing each contents, divided contents information reproduced first by a client device 5 is memorized in a high speed memory 2, and the remainder is memorized in a low speed memory 3. If a server device 4 receives a request for downloading from the client device 5, it first reads the divided contents information from the high speed memory 2 to transmit the information to the client device 5, and while the client device 5 is reproducing the divided contents information, it reads the divided contents information from the low speed memory 3 in its background to transmit the information to the client device 5.
