Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unprepared change of an instrument error correction table of a flow sensor, to visually recognize the change of the instrument error correction table, to display the masking condition of a safety function, and to execute the change of the instrument error correction table, change of the masking condition of the safety function, etc., by operating an existing switch. SOLUTION: The instrument error of the electric pulse PFS of the flow sensor 6 is corrected by using an instrument error correction table 11 for air or an instrument error correction table 12 for gas at a volume conversion part 10, and a real measured flow rate QFS is calculated. The RSFF 80 is set based on a command 83 through telecommunication or by operating a switch 84, and a switch 10B is set in the indicated condition. The condition of the switch 10B is changed by a command 85 through telecommunication or by operating a switch 86, and the table 12 for gas is selected.
