Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-dispersible resin composition for fiber processing having proper alkali thickening properties, forming a film at a relatively low temperature to make a soft coating film, readily water-redispersible even in cold water before heating the coating film, capable of forming a flexible coating film having excellent resistance. SOLUTION: This water-dispersible resin composition for fiber processing comprises an acrylic copolymer which is obtained by subjecting one or more kinds of hydrophobic monomers, unsaturated carboxylic acids and specific hydrophilic monomers having specific molecular structures in specific amount ranges, respectively, as essential monomers to emulsion polymerization and has a specific glass transition point (Tg) range.
