Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film attaching device which is capable of securely attaching a film to an object and upgrading the production efficiency as well as a film attaching method by which the film to be used by the attaching device is attached. SOLUTION: This film attaching device 600 is equipped with a film loading part 610 for loading the film F. The film loading part 610 comprises a film stage 612 on which the film F is mounted, a film guide 614 for regulating a position for mounting the film F on the film stage 612, a drive mechanism 616 for moving the film guide 614 upward/downward in synchronization with the vertical movement of the film stage 612. When the film F is unloaded from the film loading part 610, a conveying arm mechanism 608 unloads the film F from the top of the film guide 14.
