Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for manufacturing bubble water in which fine bubbles are dispersed with a compact apparatus. SOLUTION: The bubble water manufacturing apparatus has a mixed phase flow forming chamber having a flow-in nozzle and a gas suction pipe, and a bubble dispersing plate or a bubble dispersing nozzle arranged to partition the flow passage of the mixed phase flow in the mixed phase flow forming chamber or on the downstream side thereof, and the bubble water is manufactured by sucking a gas from the gas suction pipe by a negative pressure generated by water jet flowing in from the flow-in nozzle to form the gas/liquid mixed phase flow in the mixed phase flow forming chamber and passing the mixed phase flow through the bubble dispersing plate or the bubble dispersing nozzle to make the bubbles in the mixed phase flow fine.
