SOLUTION: In the illumination device, the apparatus body 2 is formed by inserting and fitting the connecting fitting 44. And the mounting member 71 is inserted in a circular hole 54, and the inner face of the circular hole 54 and a part of the conductive part 74 move sliding, and the fixing locking hole 9 of the connecting fitting 44 and the screw part 72 are screwed, and the apparatus body 2 and the reflector plate 51 are electrically and mechanically connected. Thereby, as the conductive part 74 contacts the inner face of the circular hole 54 steadily, the electrical connection between the reflector plate 51 and the apparatus body 2 are steadily secured through the mounting member 71, and the mechanical connection is also secured.
