SOLUTION: CAD data on drawings for construction works are moved following the progress of construction works in the order of a charge sending folder F10 for examining design in a storage part 15, a charge completion folder F20, an implementation request folder F25 for requesting implementation to a construction company, a collating transmission folder F50 for collating data after the end of implementation and a collating completion folder F60 in a storage part 15. Therefore, the movement and saving of CAD data are collectively managed in the storage part 15. The plurality of corresponding persons in charge of the respective processes related to the work can share the data for the work without copying the data.
