Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve such a problem that the service for a customer side who wants to promptly know information regarding an estimation of correspondence cost or a repair date or the like has been insufficient in a conventional system. SOLUTION: The maintenance service method is provided with a step for sending a self-diagnosis result read into a maintenance service terminal by using an infrared ray from a self-diagnosis means incorporated in an electrical apparatus, a step for specifying necessary parts for maintenance on the basis of the self-diagnosis result, a step for selecting a suitable repairer from a responsible address range determined per repairer and a precedently stored address of a location of the electrical apparatus, a step for acquiring an inventory state of a scheduled acquiring date of the necessary parts for the maintenance at the selected repairer, a step for determining a due date for repairs from the acquired information and process information stored per repairer, a step for determining a cost necessary for the repairs from cost determined per parts or repairer, and a step for displaying the selected repairer, the due date for the repairs, and the cost in a display screen on the maintenance service terminal.
