Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve operation mistake preventing system capable of preventing the operation mistake of a valve mounted on a conduit through which fluid such as gas is running, as much as possible. SOLUTION: A valve operation instruction statement is transmitted from a task instructing server 100 arranged in an office to a note-sized personal computer 300 of a job site operator through communication. The situation of an operation to be performed by the job site operator (for example, the measured values of the both edges of a valve from a pressure gauge 400 and a valve number read by a bar code reader 308) is transmitted to the task instructing server 100 as necessary, and automatically checked according to preset data, and checked by a supervisor. Only when the checked result is OK, the job site operator is instructed to progress to the next step. Also, a valve 406 is provided with an opening/closing lock device 406a, and only when it is confirmed that a valve to be operated is correct, the lock is released.
