Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional damper 10 which does not damage a seal member 14 to seal a shaft hole 31 when built into a shaft end. SOLUTION: An oil seal 14 is mounted to a hub 11 as the seal member to be slidably in close contact with an end face 32 of an opening part of the shaft hole 31. When the torsional damper 10 is built into the shaft end, there is no fear of damaging the seal body 142, and moreover, by this, the building-in work can be easily executed.
