EXHAUST MANIFOLD COLLECTIVE PART STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold set part structure, capable of improving reliability in strength and ensuring the strength of the collective part. SOLUTION: In the exhaust manifold set part structure, inserting an exhaust manifold 10 welded with a plurality of pipes 6, 7, 8, 9 into a set tube 11 and directly or indirectly welding thereof, a plurality of pipes 6, 7, 8, 9 are inserted into an intermediate member 27 and welded, and the rigidity at the outer periphery of steam line R is improved by relaxing the thermal stress exerted to the welded part of the collective part, resulting from inserting the intermediate member 27 into the collective tube 11 and welding thereof or making only one side of separation walls 32, 33 into the curved surface wall.
