Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof and windproof structure of barrier-free furnitures which are coexistent each other and capable of offering a pleasant living environment to the aged, children and persons having insufficient functions of the motor nerves. SOLUTION: A bottom holding plate 3a is provided below the face plate 4, a partition plate 5 dividing a space between the face plate 4 and the bottom holding plate 3a to the front and rear at the indoor side of a slit 4a of the face plate 4 are respectively provided, and the partition plates 5 are connected with a coupling plate 5a underneath a prearranging portion 2d of a sash door body 2 in a closed state.
