Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic hard coat resin composition which can form a hard coat film having both an antistatic property and transparency, and to provide an antistatic hard coat resin composition which can form a hard coat film having high surface hardness and excellent adhesivity to a substrate. SOLUTION: This antistatic hard coat resin composition is characterized by comprising at least (A) a compound comprising a compound having a (meth) acryloyl group in the molecule, (B) a compound comprising a compound having an aromatic ring and a (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule, and (C) metal oxide particles, wherein the compound (B) and the metal oxide particles (C) are compounded in amounts of 10 to 50 pts.wt. and 20 to 100 pts.wt. per 50 to 90 pts.wt. of the compound (A).
