Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a low-density material for use in ceilings having good acoustic performance and other structural panels. SOLUTION: The process for manufacturing the acoustically absorption porous panel includes the process steps of; distributing and transporting dry cement; distributing and transporting dry fibrous materials, forming foams by aqueous mixing of water, surfactants and air; joining these foams and dry components and mixing the mixture to form a foamed cementitious material containing about 53 to about 68 wt.%, on a wet basis, cement, about 17 to about 48 wt.% water, about 0.05 to about 5 wt.% fibers and about 0.01 to about 10 wt.% surfactants and drying the foamed cementitious material.
