SOLUTION: An opening part 25 of a dust-proofing structure for sucking the outside air for cooling is formed on the outside of a frame body 26 forming the engine room 45. The resistance plate 48 for intake negative pressure diffusion is disposed on the inside of the opening part 25. The plural vent holes are formed on the resistance plate 48 in such a manner of pointing almost along a surface of the resistance plate.
