Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information suitable for a user on the call originating side at the holding of telephone. SOLUTION: When a call from a user telephone 10 terminates at a telephone 20 of the person in charge, a user determining section 42 specifies the user by retrieving a user information storage section 41 from that telephone number and determines its user category which is then informed to an information providing section 45. When the person in charge of support of the telephone 20 holds the call by pushing a holding button during call, a hold determining section 44 detects the fact and informs it to the information providing section 45. When holding of call is informed, the information providing section 45 retrieves a contents information storage section 43 based on the user category informed from the user determining section 42, acquires contents information suitable for that user and transmits it to the user telephone 10 while converting into voice.
