Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuner having less noise which prevents a cover from accidentally detached from its frame. SOLUTION: The tuner is provided with a box shaped frame made of metallic plates and having a plurality of side walls with an opening at the lower part, a circuit board placed in the frame and including at least one OSC circuit and an RF circuit, a partition wall that demarcates the OSC circuit and the RF circuit in the frame, a coaxial connector with an input screw fitted to a 1st side wall located at a layout position of the RF circuit, and a cover fitted to the frame to cover the opening. The cover is configured with a mount piece projected downward to be fitted to a mother board in the vicinity of the coaxial connector with the screw or the OSC circuit and with a mount leg projected downward from the side wall to be fitted to the mother board.
