PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce management burden of a service business place about nursing care medical benefit request based on actual service results offered to a person in need of nursing care to a national health insurance group joint association. SOLUTION: A request information managing part 4 manages at least the number of requesting times, examination results and the present processing condition of a request information by individuals request information table which is stored in a condition information database 11 and stores the request condition of each person in need of nursing care according to the nursing care medical benefit request information, return information transmitted when examination results become an error, nursing care medial benefit request information that is modified on the basis of the return information and retransmitted, and payment information transmitted when examination results pass.
