FILE RETRIEVING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to the necessity for complementing the inconvenience of PC by application software. SOLUTION: In this device, an attribute acquiring part 14 acquires an attribute item corresponded to a file on the basis of the designation by a user, when a file creating part 12 creates a file. The attribute acquiring part 14 provides for the user a choice of the attribute items held by a candidate holding part 18 in advance to allow the user to choose the attribute item. A file holding part 16 records the relationship between the file and the attribute item, and classifies and holds plural files on the basis of the relationship. A key acquiring part 46 receives the attribute item as a retrieving key from the user, and a list processing part 52 displays the file extracted by the retrieving key.
