SOLUTION: This operation unsafety preventing system is provided with first communication module parts 69 provided at an operation object 70, for performing short-distance radio communication and having a position specifying function, and an operation terminal 11 for an operator 101 of the operation object. The operator terminal has a second communication module part 17A for performing short-distance radio communication with the first communication module parts. When the distance between the first communication module part and the second communication module part becomes a prescribed value SA or less, the first communication module part and the second communication module part perform short-distance radio communication, and the operating state of the operation object changes on the basis of the result of the short- distance radio communication.
