Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operational reliability by eliminating discharge defects produced at the time of operation and preventing the occurrence defect-causing dirt. SOLUTION: On a movable film 601, a conductive layer 301 on a fixed electrode side on the movable film and a conductive layer 302 on a substrate side on the movable film are provided; on a substrate 605, a conductive layer 303 on the movable film side on the substrate and a conductive layer 304 on an indicator electrode side on the substrate are provided; and the adjacent conductive layers are connected to each other. As a result, no electrical discharge is generated even if the movable film 601 is greatly displaced to come close to or in contact with the adjacent substrate 605.
