Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failure of oil seal at a bearing part of an oil pump. SOLUTION: A shaft 3 is supported by a bush 5 on the inside of the bearing part of the shaft 3 driving the oil pump 1; the oil seal 7 is put between the inside of the bearing and the shaft 3; an inlet end of a drain passage 8 is arranged between the bush 5 and the oil seal 7; a weir 9, for lubrication oil flowing into the drain passage 8, is arranged inside of the oil seal 7 to prevent lubrication oil from flowing into the oil seal 7 side, and to prevent dust mixed in lubrication oil from being caught in the oil seal 7.
