PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubing device for eliminating the exchange of a sub- chuck member to the minimum, improving working efficiency, lowering the cost of the device without damaging a casing tube, and dispensing with the division or the like of the device in transportation in tubing working of the casing tube of a bore diameter in a wide range. SOLUTION: In the tubing device provided with the sub-chuck device 9 grasping the casing tube 2 when the casing tube of a main chuck device is grasped and opened, the arrangement position of the sub-chuck device 9 is in the insertion hole 8 of the casing tube of a base frame 7, a plurality of circular-arc members 10 can be retractably radially provided from the arrangement position of the base frame 7 in the axial center direction of the casing tube 2 respectively, and the outer periphery of the casing tube 2 can be grasped at a plurality of parts.
