Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under floor structure of a multiple dwelling house capable of forming a multipurpose space at a required place in a required size without resulting in a cost burden. SOLUTION: A part of each floor slab is bulged downward and a multipurpose space forming part in a recess form is formed in the each slab. A damping means is provided in a bundle which is provided in the floor slab with a vibration proof rubber. Land information, a design plan based on the land information and price information based on the design plan are inputted to an execution simulation server which is on the Internet. A user who gets access to the execution simulation server selects a desired land and the design plan for the selected land, thereby he/she can make a trial calculation of a sum which is required for the execution of the selected design plan.
