Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem such that cost reduction is made difficult due to an increase in man-hour in a process of manufacture of an exterior wall panel because a wooden frame of the exterior wall panel has to be grooved in advance and fitted with a blade when the exterior wall panel is built up in a dry process. SOLUTION: In the exterior wall panel 1, an adhesive layer 6 for lap-jointing the wooden frame 2 and a siding material 3 is provided in a state of being retreated by a prescribed width W from an outer edge part of the siding material 3 inward on a plate surface of the siding material 3, and a waterproofing membrane 12 is provided in an area where the adhesive layer 6 is retreated. This can eliminate the need for the grooving, etc., for the wooden frame 2, greatly facilitate manufacturing, and promote the cost reduction.
