Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired fluorinated product by fluorinating a nitrogen- containing heterocyclic compound in a high yield and with high selectivity. SOLUTION: An N-substituted pyrrole derivative as a matrix having an electron withdrawing group as a substitutional group is fluorinated with a fluorination raw material. The fluorinated product to be obtained and its composition change in accordance with the matrix and the electron withdrawing group to be used, temperature conditions, or the like. Thus, by suitably peforming the setting of production conditions, or the like, the fluorinated product having a prescribed chemical structure can be obtained.
