Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil purification method that can remove organic halogen compounds from a soil that is contaminated by organic halogen compounds directly and quickly and a soil purification agent that can be advantageously used for this method. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a soil purification agent in order to purify a contaminated soil. The soil purification agent comprises an aqueous suspension where an amino acid and a fine metal powder having a reducing action are dispersed in water and the purification method that uses it.
