Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care instrument provided with favorable surface lubricity due to a low temperature reaction in an aqueous medium and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The lubricative medical care instrument is characterized in that it is inserted into a living body in use and its surface is covered with a hydrophilic macromolecular material combined through a 1, 3, 5-triazine ring, wherein the medical care instrument is obtained by bringing a medical care instrument into contact with a halogenated cyanuric acid and the hydrophilic macromolecular material in an aqueous medium and combining the hydrophilic macromolecular material therewith through a dehydrogen halide reaction via the 1,3,5-triazine ring on the surface of the medical care instrument.
