ODONTOTHERAPY UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odontotherapy unit which puts less load on a patient and is more convenient to use. SOLUTION: A support member 20 has an upper end part 26 supporting a spittoon 16, a lower end part 22 supported on a chair 14 (or a base part 12) to horizontally turn around the vertical axis in the vicinity of the border between a seat part 14c of the chair 14 and a backrest part 14b, and a middle part 24 separated above at a designated distance from the seat part 14c and extended substantially parallel to the seat part 14c. The support member 20 is so constructed that the middle part 24 is extended substantially along the side edge of the seat part 14c, and the spittoon 16 is freely turned horizontally between the retreat position for moving back the spittoon 16 to the side of the seat part 14c and the gargling position for extending the middle part 24 above the seat part 14c and locating the spittoon 16 on the seat part 14c side.
