Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a thickness of a shield plate which shields a noise filter unit from induction of noise generated by a switching circuit unit while a trouble for fixing a board is avoided. SOLUTION: An attachment hardware 12 is attached to a board 10. Protrusions 14a of a shield plate 14 are engaged with cut parts 12a formed in the attachment hardware 12 to restrict a movement in the thickness direction of the board 10. Protrusions 14b of the shield plate 14 are engaged with cut parts 10a of the board 10 to restrict a movement in the longitudinal direction of the board 10. The shield plate is temporarily fixed by the engagements and the attachment hardware and the shield plate are fixed to a housing 16 by screws.
