SOLUTION: This stacked ceramic electronic component is equipped with the external electrode, where an Ni-plated layer 0.1-2.0 μm in thickness is stacked in the middle by the Ni plating liquid, containing at least one or more kinds of sulfonic acid compounds and also a middle Ni-plated layer is formed by electrical plating by the Ni-plating liquid containing a sulfonic acid compound of 1-40 mL/L in quantity of addition.
