The data processing machine 6 comprises a data processing part 27, having a camera 25 for photographing the face of the user and a charge and return port 29 for accepting the charge of the radio season ticket. The radio season ticket offered as the found article is charged into the data processing part 27 via the charge and return port 29, and the face data of the user is acquired via the camera 25. When the face data recorded in the radio season ticket is collated with the face data acquired from the user via the camera 25 and two data are identical to each other, the user is decided as being the person in question, and the radio season ticket is returned to the user.
