Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket-vending machine capable of reimbursing for a season ticket issued already. SOLUTION: This ticket-vending machine 2 comprises a camera 10 for photographing the face of a user. When a purchase button 12 is inputted by the user, who desires to receive a radio season ticket through the ticket-vending machine 2, the face of the user is photographed by the camera 10, and the radio season ticket, having the face data recorded therein, is issued. When the issued radio season ticket is reimbursed, the radio season ticket for which the user desires to be reimbursed is charged into the machine via a card charging and returning port 17, and the facial of the user is photographed by the camera 10. When the face data obtained from the radio season ticket is identical to the facial data obtained by the camera 10, cash in an amount which is calculated according to the riding zone and the term of validity is paid to the user.
