Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gift commodity order management system that can reduce the cost of the store side and improve the customer service and reception efficiency. SOLUTION: A reception terminal 1 installed in a reception counter receives both orders for delivery commodities and take-home commodities. A gift server 2 determines whether ordered commodities received are delivery commodities or take-home commodities. A terminal 3 issues a delivery slip 28, and a terminal 4 issues a wrapping instruction 32 for take-home commodities. Commodity inventory information held in the reception terminal 1 is updated according to a commodity inventory state.
