Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reader by which data can be read and written while a nonvolatile storage part is fitted to a printed wiring board without detaching the nonvolatile storage part from the printed wiring board. SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing part is disconnected from a signal line and the nonvolatile storage part is connected to a data input/output part in the data reader to read and write data without removing the nonvolatile storage part from the printed wiring board.
