AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air conditioning system utilizing thermal storage into the frame of a building, permitting a simple and inexpensive constitution to serve and allowing comfortableness and energy conservation to be compatible with each other. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an indoor unit 1 switching the draft, direction of an air blasting means 2 to the frame of a building by a draft-switching means 4 to blow out the cold or heat by a heat exchanger 3 to the frame of the building for thermal storage and switching the draft direction of the air blasting means 2 to the interior 11 to blow out the thermal storage of the frame of the building indoors 11 and a temperature sensor 15c detecting the temperature of the frame of the building. The indoor unit 1 is arranged in a ceiling 12, and the thermal storage capacity of the frame of the building is presumed on the basis of the difference between the preset room temperature and the temperature of the frame of the building by the temperature sensor 15c. Based on the presumed value, thermal storage in the frame of the building is performed.
