Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional cooling device for supplying high temperature refrigerant in an accumulator to rapidly provide warming of an engine in cold starting of the engine, wherein large part of energy applied to a heater in the accumulator by the starting time is not effectively used to impose a large load also to a battery, and, when the engine is started in a temperature decreased state to a proximity of the defined lowest temperature of heat insulation, the warming state of the engine delays in time to reduce engine efficiency. SOLUTION: A means for storing a previous starting time S3, estimating a next starting time based on the stored data, and controlling conduction to a heater so that the refrigerant temperature of the accumulator reaches the defined lowest value at the estimated time 4. Thus, the load to the battery is decreased, the high temperature refrigerant can be always supplied to a water jacket in the low temperature time of the engine, and output efficiency of the engine can be kept high.
