VENTILATION STRUCTURE OF RIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of a ridge, which prevents raindrops invading from an exhaust hole of a ventilation body from falling into an attic space. SOLUTION: In the ventilation structure of the ridge, a ridge part of a roof is provided with a ventilation opening 4 communicating with the attic space of the roof, and the ventilation body 9 with the exhaust hole 16 is fixed to a ridge base 5 mounted on a roof substrate part 1 of a periphery of the ventilation opening 4 in a watertight manner. Characteristically, the exhaust hole 16 is covered with a cover material 17 which does not interfere with air exhaustion while inhibiting the raindrops from invading directly.
