Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a tie rod anchor and a mount retaining method for efficiently and accurately connecting earth retaining walls to each other without disturbing the peripheral ground to the utmost. SOLUTION: This tie rod anchor construction method has an excavating process for excavating an excavation hole H having the inner diameter dimension smaller than the outer diameter of a sheath 6 in the ground G between earth retaining walls 10A and 10B by using an excavating rod 3. In this excavating process, a transmitter means 8 and a receiver means 9 are provided at a tip 3a of the excavating rod 3 and an excavating rod approach preset position B, and a signal transmitted from the transmitter means 8 is received by the receiver means 9 to lead the excavating rod 3 to the excavating rod approach preset position B. This tie rod anchor construction method also has a process for enlarging the diameter of the excavation hole H to the outer diameter of the sheath 6 or more from the approach side B to a start side A after excavating the excavation hole H and for pulling a flexible linear member 5 and the sheath 6 from the approach side B to the start side A, and a process for filling the hardening material in a space between the wall surface of the enlarged- diameter excavation hole H1, and a process for adding the tensile force to the linear member 5.
