PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitation vehicle capable of effectively blowing off snow on a road surface by one blower device, and having high cleaning effi ciency. SOLUTION: This sanitation vehicle is formed by mounting an air blower 10 on a traveling car body 2 for cleaning the road surface by blowing air upon the road surface, and is characterized in that the air blower 10 has the blower device 12 for generating the wind, an air duct 14 for introducing the wind from this blower device 12 downward to car width directional both sides of the traveling car body 2, an air guide 11 for guiding the wind sent via the air duct 14 to the other end from car width directional one end of the traveling car body 2, and an air blowing guide means 20 arranged in end part openings 11a and 11b of the air guide 11 for exhausting the wind, and pointing and guiding the wind exhausted from these end part openings 11a and 11b obliquely downward to the road surface R.
