Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for inorganic powders capable of exhibiting effect even when the inorganic powders contain a large amount of the inorganic electrolyte consisting of carbonate or sulfate, performance independent of the contents of the inorganic electrolyte, and capable of easily controlling the fluidity of a cement composition. SOLUTION: The additive for the inorganic powder is used for the inorganic powder having at least 1.0 wt.% inorganic electrolyte consisting of the carbonate or the sulfate and consists essentially of a copolymer consisting of a polyoxyalkylene compound, a maleic acid compound and a sulfonic acid-based compound.
