Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker plate by which a sheet-form molded article having a wide width can be obtained at a high productivity, and a manufacturing method of the sheet-form molded article. SOLUTION: This breaker plate is arranged in a resin channel on the outlet side from the distal end of a screw shaft of a screw extruder which extrudes a thermoplastic resin composition. Also, the breaker plate has numerous small holes penetrating the extruder from the upstream side to the downstream side. In such a breaker plate, some of the numerous small holes located at positions facing to the resin flowing with residing in the vicinity of the distal end section of the screw shaft of the screw extruder have the downstream side openings at locations facing to the outer peripheral side of the resin channel.
