Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor that can be handled with a surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitor and other mounted components held thereon. SOLUTION: The brushless motor has a circuit board as a stator set and is mounted with a surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1 as a circuit element. When the surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1 is mounted on the circuit board, the position of application of adhesive for bonding together the surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1 and the circuit board is set at four points a, b, c, and d at distances from the center position O of mounting the surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1 in two directions along the x-axis and y-axis orthogonal to each other.
