Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a remote medical system capable of determining patient's condition while making a telephone call and referencing to the patient's past telephone call record. SOLUTION: There are provided a telephone terminal and a telephone set, a telephone number display device interposed between the telephone set and the telephone terminal for displaying a telephone number, a voice recorder for recording a telephone conversation with voice, and a display device. A conversation between a doctor and a patient is recorded, and its contents are displayed on the display device to be additionally entered.
