SOLUTION: An RFID-retrieving device 1 retrieves a specific RFID tag 12 from RFID tags 12, 13, 14, and so on attached to articles 2, 3, 4, and so on by a radio wave 10 transmitted from an antenna 11. An existence determining means 21 determines that the RFID tag 12 to be retrieved exists when receiving data matched with preliminarily inputted data. A range narrowing means 22 changes the transmitting direction of the radio wave 10 to the right and left by using the directivity of the antenna 11. A direction-instructing means 23 instructs the center of right and left critical angles, where it is determined that the RFID tag 12 exists as the directions where it is determined that the RFID tag 12 exists with light.
