Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corona discharge device which enables to suppress sputtering and deterioration of a performance while simplifying a structure of the device. SOLUTION: As for a corona discharge part 1, a closed space (a cubic shaped closed space in an illustrated example) to generate the corona discharge is formed by plural acrylic plates for example, and a metal plate 1a wherein a direct current high voltage which enables to generate the corona discharge is applied is installed at either of the acrylic plates, and an earth metal plate 1a' is installed at the acrylic plate positioned opposing to this metal plate 1a. The metal plates 1a and 1a' are respectively pasted with substances 1b and 1b' (hereinafter called 'perforated film') in which numerous small through holes H (the diameter is around 0.2 mm) are opened at a proper distance (around 5 mm, for example) on an insulative thin plate (thickness is around 0.1 mm) made from PET(Polyethylene-terephthalate), for example, and these are made to be basic electrode constituting units. A high voltage is applied on one of the two electrodes and the other is earthed so that the corona discharges having mutually opposite polarities are generated in both electrodes. |
