ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT CONNECTING CABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment connecting cable capable of surely transferring data while suppressing noises between electronic equipment and easy to handle. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment connecting cable comprises a transmission part 211 having eighteen high-speed signal wires 301, twenty ground wires 305 and twenty-two low-speed signal wires 304 and a cylindrical sheath 211 for storing the transmission part 211 and applying a coating to the surface thereof. The transmission part 211 has a first layer 361 formed as the outermost periphery, a second layer 362 adjacent to the first layer 361 at its radial inside, and a third layer 363 adjacent to the second layer 362 at its radial inside. Twelve high-speed signal wires 301 and twelve ground wires 305 are alternately arranged in the first layer 361 and the remaining six high-speed signal wires 301 and the six ground wires 305 are alternately arranged in the third layer 363. Because the high-speed signal wires 301 do not neighbor each other, noises are suppressed and data are surely transferred.
